And then there's the Boxercise. Phew! If it's balance and relaxation you're after, both our Pilates and Yoga instructors are some of the most experienced you'll find locally. At present, you don't need to be a member of the club to do the classes, however if you're serious about losing weight and toning up your physique there's no quicker way to do so than 'mixing it up'.
